Brewed in the oldest Bavarian wheat brewery, with expertise in Weissbier brewing since 1872. A beer brewed with malted wheat, featuring deep amber color, a rich, firm head, and a scent of yeast, fruit and spices. It is a double fermented beer, produced with wheat. Primary fermentation takes place in open vessels, and a secondary fermentation follows, in the bottles & glasses.
